In my longer sessions (1.5 hour) I often use Jurlique's Skin Balancing Oil for the face. (Thank you Barbara, a holistic aesthetician at Pharmaca, for making the recommendation. You were right!) This is a lightweight face oil made with evening primrose oil, macadamia seed oil, rose hip oil, safflower oil, shea butter, avocado oil, jojoba oil and marshmallow. Yum. And it smells good too. Jurlique is committed to sustainable practices. They are striving for more than 95% of natural ingredients in their products and to improve recyclability of their entire packaging at more than 95%.
Their ingredients come from their Sustainable Agriculture, Australia (NASAA) Certified Organic and Biodynamic farm. . By 2015 they plan to further reduce their energy and water consumption by 20% and decrease the amount of waste to landfill by 20%.

Arnica montana.Arnica is used for strains, sprains and bruises. It belongs to the sunflower family and is native to North America and Eurasia. It has been used medicinally for centuries.
"Arnica montana is more effective than placebo when used for the treatment of several conditions including post-traumatic and postoperative pain, edema, and ecchymosis. However, its dosages and preparations used have produced substantial differences in the clinical outcome. Cumulative evidence suggests that Arnica montana may represent a valid alternative to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, at least when treating some specific conditions."
